Below are some of the letters Maggy, her manager Bob Bax or Coldwell Banker Gundaker has received from Maggy's clients.

Dear Maggy,

Your experience and professionalism was evident in the advice you gave us to "stage" our home prior to putting it on the market.  It was obvious to us you've created a strong network of agents evident by the high volume of traffic you escorted through the home.  What an exciting event it was for us to come back from vacation and have a contract on the house within one week and at a price that exceeded our expectations!

Sincerely,

Mr. and Mrs. P.D.

Dear Maggy,

I very much appreciate all the little things you did along the way to take care of the house after we left for Phoenix and, in fact, prepare it for the final closing.  This was clearly activity above and beyond the call of duty, and we thank you for this.

Best regards,

Mr. and Mrs. T.R.T

To Coldwell Banker Gundaker management,

I had the pleasure of working with Maggy recently on the purchase of my home here in St. Louis.  It was a long and tedious process due to specific requirements of my relocation.  Throughout the process, Maggy displayed a great deal of patience and understanding and was extremely professional thoughout the entire process. During the closing process, she was particularly helpful working through the many details and provided a great deal of support.  She has outstanding knowledge of the market in St. Louis and has excellent interpersonal skills.  As a senior-level executive, I am aware that the demands we place on the people who work with us can be challenging, and Maggy is particularly well suited for handling relocation work for senior-level management.

Sincerely yours,

Mr. T.T.

Dear Coldwell Banker Gundaker President,

Maggy worked tirelessly to sell my house which she accomplished in six weeks.  Throughout all of the difficult negotiations she  behaved in a very professional manner and left nothing to chance.  Her attention to detail, her complete honesty, and her knowledge of real estate are nothing short of astonishing.  Many years ago I was an executive recruiter and I learned then how rare a good salesperson is. Maggy is an OUTSTANDING salesperson.  I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate.

Sincerely,

Ms. E.S.H.

To management at Coldwell Banker Gundaker,

For the past several years we have had the opportunity to use Maggy for changing our personal residences as well as selecting her to represent our company in assisting the many executives that we relocate to the St. Louis Metropolitan area.  In all instances Maggy has done an outstanding job.  She has zeroed in on exactly what the clients needed through her personal interviews  and research, spending the extra time to show those clients a variety of residential locations that might best suit their needs.  She has assisted them in closing their real estate deals with a very high degree of professional skills.  In a number of instances Maggy made the difference  in the timely closing of properties because of her attentiveness to having the documents correct and in order.

There are no agents in the St. Louis Metro area with greater people skills, nor any agents that are more up to date with the latest information regarding all facets of the real estate market, mortgage resources and location information.

Regards,

Mr. and Mrs. R.F.M.

To Coldwell Banker Gundaker management,

I have personally relied on her as my listing and selling broker twice and as my buying broker twice.  In all four transactions, it was her people skills and negotiating abilities that kept these deals on track and brought them to a successful close.

I have recommended Maggy to many of my friends for their real estate needs.

Sincerely,

Mr. W.E.P.

Dear Maggy,

Over a period of 50 years, I have had the occasion to participate in many closings.  One thing is certain... what used to be a relatively easy process has become a very involved one.  The regulatory, legal and financial barricades which one must negotiate make real estate sales a complex and frustrating business.

Fortunately, we were well served by your own calm expertise in making the difficult easy, the impossible achievable, and barriers mere ripples.  In the process, you displayed professionalism coupled with empathy.  You served as salesman, counselor, and psychiatrist to your aprehensive clients.

Your attention to detail was exemplary: your frequent calls to report progress or lack thereof assuaged insecurities and reassured the skeptical.  You faced intrasigent banks, dilatory loan officers, incompetent title clerks and others with aplomb.

Cordially yours,

Mr. and Mrs. D.A.G.

Dear Bob,

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Maggy in the sale of our St. Louis home.  The purpose of the message is to summarize our experience with Maggy:

  1. Maggy knows the St. Louis market very well and she is a very thorough agent.
  2. She placed ads in the appropriate community newspapers.
  3. In a challenging market she gave us sound advice on pricing and needed enhancements to the property.
  4. She gave her advice in a very constructive manner and we did not feel pressured when she gave it.
  5. Once we obtained a sales contract she read all of the documents and outlined critical points and dates for us.
  6. Made arrangements for all necessary building inspections and waited at the property for some of the inspectors to complete their jobs.
  7. We had to place some money in escrow to cover some potential post closing issues which were satisfied.  Maggy stayed with the process to insure our funds were returned.

At this time I would like to mention that we also had a very good experience with Maggy's back-up, Cathy Cline. On two occasssions Cathy had to step in for Maggy and not a beat was missed.
